Frequently asked questions
Is Daily Live Yoga really free?
Yes. Every practice, every tool and every language is free, with no account, no trial and no card. The site is a static site with no backend database, so there is nothing to upsell. If it stays useful, the only thing we ask is that you tell someone who needs it.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Yoga pages are filtered by level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), and the guided timer speaks each step aloud, so you can follow along without having memorised anything. If you are completely new, start with the beginner filter on the yoga page and five to ten minutes of mindful breathing on the meditation page.
Which languages are available?
Fifteen: English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese. The whole interface and the practice library are localised, not just the navigation. Arabic is fully right-to-left.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The site is installable as a Progressive Web App, and once opened it keeps working without a connection, including the timers and your day tracker. Offline navigation shows a translated page rather than an error. Your practice data is stored on your own device.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device, in your browser. Day tracking, tasks, notes, goals, challenges and reminders never leave it, and there is an export/import backup you control. There is no account and no server-side profile.
How does a "daily" practice actually work here?
The day tracker records each day you practise and shows your current streak; the tasks page lays out a full daily routine you can edit; and live sessions run at fixed times so you can practise with others. Consistency matters more than session length — a short daily practice beats one long weekly one.
